Writing the bench
Mail psinfo@prismsphere.xyz. Name the screen, and state the help you want. You can ask whether the Laurel address and this email match the listing you are reading, how plates and cue times stay on the phone, or why a picker, an export, or a backup did not write a file.
Do not send a password, a payment-card number, or a copy of an identity document. Do not attach the video unless the question cannot be answered without it, and only if you have the right to send that clip.
Shared address
psinfo@prismsphere.xyz receives ray and diameter mail as well. Lead with App support so the letter is separated from a prism ray or a sphere measure.
The privacy notice
Support mail is kept the way the privacy policy says. Mixes are not sent to this office by the app. If you clear every mix or uninstall without a backup, plates cannot be restored from Laurel. Exported files stay only in the folder you chose.
