Name the entrance face first

A ray note starts at the entrance face, then records the single bend, then names the exit face. Reversing that order makes the next letter impossible to check.

Leave an unknown diameter unknown

A diameter you did not measure stays unmeasured. Filling it with an estimate removes the check for the next letter.

Read a sheet on the rows that were sent

A release sheet and a result export are read on the rows you sent. An app name in that sheet is not republished here as a second app of the company. The published application is Video Caption Card.
