Agreement

Reading or using the bench pages is agreement to these terms. If that is not acceptable, do not continue. Contact outside the website remains available where the law permits it.

Published facts

Company name, address, telephone, email, license number, and D-U-N-S are published for verification. A service page describes note scope. It is not an offer unless a subsequent written answer says otherwise.

Not professional optical or metrology advice

Text about prisms and spheres is a general description. It is not an optical design, a laser-safety plan, a calibration certificate, or an on-site measurement. Eye safety and high-power sources involve real risks. For licensed metrology or a safety assessment, contact a licensed local professional. Do not treat a note on this site as a construction or laboratory instruction.

Sheet readings

Release Sheet Reading, Audience Line, and Result Record stop short of an official platform partnership. Approval, installs, clicks, and revenue are not guaranteed by those pages.

Refused work

The bench refuses work that would manufacture reviews, pay people to install software, cultivate batches of accounts, lease accounts, simulate traffic, or slip past a store's rules.

Right to attach

You need the right to transmit what you attach. Leave out passwords, card numbers, and identity documents that belong to another person.

Ray drawings

Bench text and the ray drawings belong to ALASiosAe INC, aside from a quotation marked as your letter. Saving one page for your own check is allowed. Making a product out of the site, or answering as the company, needs written consent.

Present state

The bench is published in its current state. To the extent law allows, continuous availability and perfect accuracy are not warranted. A changed company fact should be read from Company Information.

Indirect loss

Indirect loss from using prismsphere.xyz, or from relying on a general bench note, is not accepted by ALASiosAe INC where the law lets that limit stand. A liability the law forbids anyone to disclaim stays in place.

Other sites

Outbound links, should any be added, belong to the other site. Prism Sphere does not currently show a social profile or a store button.

Video Caption Card

Video Caption Card, package com.video.captioncard, version 1.0.0, lets you type a title card, a lower-third, and an end card onto a clip you pick, then write a file to a folder you choose. It is not a closed-caption service, and it does not promise that a video will meet a caption rule. You need the right to use the clip and the words you type. Sixteen plates ship on the phone and are for layout. Version 1.0.0 has no account and no cloud sync. If you clear every mix or uninstall without a backup, plates cannot be recovered from ALASiosAe INC. Exported files stay in the folder you chose. What stays on the device is described in the privacy policy. The product description is on the product page.

Governing law in Mississippi

The State of Mississippi supplies the governing law. Choice-of-law provisions that would redirect the case elsewhere do not apply. Jurisdiction sits with Mississippi courts that are competent to hear the dispute.
