How we work

1. Send the bench letter to psinfo@prismsphere.xyz. Support letters use that same address.
2. The opening line names one station: prism ray, sphere measure, bench letter, release sheet, audience line, or result record.
3. Angles, diameters, and sheets travel only if you choose to attach them. Call the remainder unknown.
4. Follow-up stays inside the original thread, and a later letter can cite figures from the earlier one.

These four steps are not an engagement contract. If a written scope is needed, the sentences in the reply are the ones to use.
